“ Sophie and her team are so welcoming - I've been able to find a quiet table to enjoy a glass of wine, with the added bonus or bringing my son along too. Great service and good value drinks ”
“ Laila is such a star, friendliest person I’ve met in ages, amazing service, made me feel really welcome and helped with drink choices. Great space. ”
“ A variety of small food, desserts and drinks shops, an art gallery/shop run by artist himself, plenty of seating...nice. ”
“ Love all the original shops and food places it's fab xx ”
“ A very unusual bar serving a good range of Tap Social beers and many other IPAs, Sours, real ale, ciders, wines and spirits. Part of the Lock 29 'marketplace' in the shopping centre and next to the canal. Fantastic friendly staff including Sophie, Amelia and Joey. As a Scrooge, I particularly like their happy two hours between 4 and 6 when a good selection of beers and wines are 25% off. Yes it's a bit dark and utilitarian but the seating is plentiful and comfortable. Live music in the Lock at weekends and frequent comedy nights in the adjacent studio. A brilliant asset for Banbury: what's not to like! ”
“ Wonderful place so well laid out, all of the staff are so friendly amd helpful. The system they have in place for collecting your food is brilliant! plenty of choice and plenty of space. ”
“ Lovely place and food. ”
“ First visit here & first time in Banbury. Its inside the main shopping centre but just on the end of it backing on to the canal. Great place to sit outside in the sun. Its also inside a food hall area so you can order food and eat and drink at same time. 10 different beers on tap and some other cans & bottles in the fridge. You can also get some to take away. Staff friendly and helpful, sorry should of got his name, will be back. I didn't have any food but there is a big choice. Its a 5 minute walk from bus station ”
